SHEIKH KASEM hammers were designed with adjustable breaker plates are suitable for crushing of medium stones for the production for tile and block stones. The hammers used to produce a soft materials with height capacity and low investment .
Hummer Crushers Contain:
• Barker plate liners:
Depending on the application they are ether manganese or chrome steel the liners protect the breaker plates from wear.
• Barker plates:
Primary and secondary barkers plates are gravity suspended and are fixed at the top part and opening of the bottom part is adjusted by plate rods.
The secondary barker plate is adjusted by spring and the product size is determined by the opening between the impact placed and barker plate liner sizing grates are not required this allow the crusher to have a large discharge opening, enabling maximum production, the plates swing back to pass an uncrushable material and automatically return to there original setting.
• Hydraulic hood opening:
For easy of servicing the inside of crusher two hydraulic cylinder open, close the body exposing the complete crushing champers and rotor.

كسارة النواعم تحتوي على طبقة داخلية منها متحرك والأخر ثابت لتقوم بتكسير الحجر حسب الحجم المطلوب ومنها يستخدم لتكسير الحجار متوسطة الحجم التي تستخدم في تصنيع البلاط والطوب, وتقوم بإنتاج مواد ناعمة بكميات كبيرة واقل التكاليف.
مكونات الكسارة:
• تصافيح جانبية:
يتم تصفيح الكسارة من الداخل بالطبقة جانبية مصنعة من منغنيز أو الكروم وذلك يعتمد على طبيعة العمل الذي تقوم بة وقسوة الحجر, وذلك كي تقاوم قسوة الحجر وتخدم طويلا.
• تصافيح موجودة في الظهر:
توجد تصافيح في الظهر مصنعة من المنغنيز او الكروم وهى تنقسم الى قسمين:
الأول وتوجد في الجزء العلوي وهي مثبتة بالظهر عن طريق البراغي, القسم الثاني يوجد في الأسفل ويمكنها التحرك في اتجاه واحد بواسطة(زمبرك عيار) يقوم بعملية معايرة لإنتاج الحجم المطلوب.
الصفائح المكسرة (الشاكوش):
يتم تصنيعها من المنغنيز او الكروم وتثبت بالشفط عن طريق البراغي, ويمكن قلب الشاكوش على الطرف الأخر.
• جك هيدروليك:
يستخدم لتسيل فتح الكسارة وعملية الصيانة لازمه لها, ويحافظ على إغلاق غرفة التكسير في أي ضغط.
